With the help of Sneaker, a female hell Cop with a chip on her shoulder, and Gregory, a Scottish Hell Cop murdered in Hell a 150 years ago, Getter steals the girl's soul. Mephisto's pursuit forces Getter and the girl to ride the River of Bones to Fort Blood where they rescue two captured Hell Cops and a mythological Wizard. Escaping down the River of Souls, they race Mephisto to the Swizzle Styx Bar and Marina, across the River Styx and to Heaven's Gate.
